Clicking the Donate button will take you to a PayPal interface screen allowing you the option of donating directly using a credit card or if you are a PayPal account holder it is possible to process a donation via PayPal.  The choice is yours.

Please note - after you complete a donation, you will have the option of printing a receipt and also you will receive a copy to your email address.  This screen offers you the option of signing up for a PayPal account - it is NOT required that you do so.
